Request for Proposals

The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF), Economic and Employment Services (EES) – Kansas Early Head Start Program, announces the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify strong community-based family support providers and childcare partners to serve Kansas Early Head Start eligible children participating in childcare subsidy. In addition to supporting vulnerable children and their families, DCF’s goal is to increase the quality of childcare environments in which these children are enrolled. DCF invites applications from federally recognized Early Head Start Programs in Kansas that can make a community impact in their service area.
